Insurance Benefits

How long are we required to keep an employee on insurance benefits while out on disablity. We do not pay 100% of premium, so they are still required to pay their portion. When can we require them to pay full premium?

If it is a CFRA/FMLA leave, then benefits must be maintained in effect for the duration of the 16 week protected period.
