Job Pay For Medical Leave Act

I will like to know if a company has to pay me when i go on maternity leave! and if so where can I find it to show my employer!

They may not have to pay you on medical leave unless in the company policy, but they have to allow you to return to your job under the law. If they don't then contact me if you need helpl.

Employers do not have to pay employees who take medical leave, for maternity or otherwise, unless it is company policy to do so. You may exhaust accrued sick and vacation pay. Also check to see if you are qualified for state disability benefits and whether you have a short term disability insurance policy through your employer.
