Legal Question in Medical Leave in California
My manager told me to use my Fmla if I want a certain day off is that legal if thats not what I need the day off for,

FMLA may be used when an eligible employee is seriously ill or needs to care for a close family member who is seriously ill. It is not to be used as a personal day off.
