Legal Question in Medical Leave in California

returning to work during family medical leave

Can I go back to work during the

time I was granted leave and take

leave again? I was not anticipating

returning to work but my mother

was put into a rehabilitation facility

and will be there for a week before

she gets out and comes home where

I will need to tend to her needs.

Yes, your FMLA leave can be intermittent with proper doctor verification.
