Vaction time for FMLA

I have an inquiry about the latest information on FMLA. Can an employer take away vaction days for needed days used under FMLA?

If the vacation days have been earned, they cannot be taken away. However, an employer can require that you exhaust vacation and sick days while out on FMLA. So you should get paid for them while you are out on leave.
