Legal Question in Medical Leave in California

Work for a CA company and moving to AZ, still entitled to CA Paid Family Leave?

I am 10 weeks pregnant and living/working in CA for a large company. We are building a house in AZ and plan to move there right before I deliver (10/26/2006). I plan on continuing to work for the same CA company I work for today when I relocate to AZ. Am I entitled to CA Paid Family Leave? Thanks!

If you continue working for the same CA company as simply a remote or telecommuter, the CA rules should apply. Discuss this with your employer. If they deny the coverage, then we can talk.
