Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

After 16 yrs together I was recently thrown out of my ex's house because he was cheating on me we have a 15 yr old son together, he then stole my phone account with metro pcs and had someone pretend to be me and had me taken off I never gave him my secret pin # but they allowed him to do so . I'm homeless because of what he did .

I'm not a family law attorney but I believe you have what is called a putative marriage. In such a case I believe you have some rights. I think a family law attorney would be better to advise you.
