abuse by attorney

My attorney has been calling me nasty names, insulting and causing mental anguish and suffering. Can I sue him?

If you don't have trust in your attorney, you might want to end the relationship and find another one or try to handle the case yourself.

Rudeness is not grounds for a lawsuit. If you don't like how your attorney is treating you or handling your case, you can terminate him and hire another attorney.
