should I accept $980,000 in a rule 68 discrimination, haressment,retailiation ans family leave violation?

There is no way to evaluate a settlement proposal without knowing the underlying facts. The offer you describe is quite large, but if the facts are particularly egregious and if the defendant has resources, you may be able to do even better.
