Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I was asked to create a virtual home tour video by the seller. Seller approved the completed video, but said the agent will pay for the video. Now the agent is refusing to pay for the video. Who is responsible for payment?

If your deal was with the seller, as it sounds it is, the seller. If they won't pay and the amount is under $7,500, you should sue in Small Claims Court.
