audio taping

is audio tape dmissable in a california court of law even if 1 party is unaware of the taping? I have a tape that can get me proven not guilty but I don't know if its admissable. Thanks so much

Immediately consult with a criminal attorney before disclosing to anyone the existence of that tape. It could get you arrested for taping. Only in rare circumstances would such tape be admissible, but it is possible. Contact me if interested in getting the legal help you'll need.
