Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

bogus oral agreement lawsuit

Are there any attorneys that would talk to me regarding a bogus oral agreement breach of contract and fraud my employer (attorney) is suing me for?

Re: bogus oral agreement lawsuit

Sure. If you're being sued, you clearly need representation to either get it settled/resolved or to defend you in court. Your problem is that you'll have to pay for that representation. If it is worth it to you, feel free to contact me, I'd be happy to help you. Oral agreements are tough to prove, as are damages in these kinds of situations, so that is the starting point of discussion about your side of the case. If the company has a arguably 'strong' case against you that could cost substantial defense fees or potential judgment against you, you may need to consider bankruptcy as well. Your attorney will discuss those options with you. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting counsel.

Re: bogus oral agreement lawsuit

I'd be interested in reading a synopsis or the complaint. Feel free to e-mail me the summary and/or complaint, and there's NO charge for the review. You can leave your checkbook at home (for now).
