Responses must be filed w/in 30 days. You probably need to seek an attorney if you haven't yet answered the complaint. Call plaintiff's counsel to find out if a default has been filed against you.

Ok so what? I mean that defendant has 30 days to respond. What else.

Was there a response to the Summons? If there is no response, you should take a default. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance in obtaining and collecting your judgment.
