If a civil case was dismissed without prejudice, can I be sued again for the same case?

Yes, unless the limitations period has subsequently run out. There may be other reasons why the claim may not be pursued. Dismissing a suit without prejudice means that the dismissal itself isn't an obstacle to re-filing, but it does not remove other obstacles.

Yes. And even if the statute of limitations has run, you will still have to defend yourself and point out that the statute of limitations has run by filing the appropriate motions.
