Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
Civil Suit
I would like to know the timeframe that a Civil action can be valid or appear on your credit report. I was told that the time frame was 10 years but I need to clarify this.

Re: Civil Suit
A civil suit can generally remain on your credit report for 7 years. However, bankruptcies can stay on longer.
If you need credit repair, this is a service we supply on a flat rate $499.
