Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I have a compny in the state of Washington that owes me a refund of $3,500.00
How do i go about getting my money back because they keep putting me off. This has been going on for almost ten months.

It sounds like a small claims lawsuit is in the works. Depending on where the obligation was incurred, it could be filed in California or Washington. It's a little more complicated in California, because once you receive a judgment, you'd have to have it entered in Washington and then enforced -- unless the company has assets in California.
