Courts do not enforce judgments, that is for the Plaintiff and their attorneys do do. If you don't have an attorney, hire one. If you do have an attorney, work with him in collecting the judgment. If you need an attorney, contact me to discuss what needs to be done. This is not an unusual proceedure, and can be successful if done correctly, as long as the defendant has assets to collect. The facts of the case no longer have any relevance, you have your settlement and judgment based on them.

It sounds like you can levy on his assets by recording the judgment with the recorder of the county where his real property lies, and then foreclosing. For that kind of judgment, it would make sense to hire a collection lawyer in your area. You want to get to his assets ASAP, before he can transfer them elsewhere.
