file a claim with the Labor Commissioner for your pay, interest and penalties. You could also quit and still file. If you are retaliated against by the employer for filing, contact me to discuss your rights and remedies.

I would speak to an attorney. Attorney's fees are recoverable from the employer in a lawsuit to recover unpaid wages. These are not reciprocal if you lose, so there is much incentive for an attorney to take your case.

I would see an attorney immediately, as a statute of limitations runs from each pay period for each unpaid wage or overtime.
