Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I enrolled myself in a debt settlement program since Oct. of 2008. Unfortunately they were not able to settle my accounts because CHASE is not working with debt settlement programs. I had my case management conference last Feb. 19, 2010 and my court date will be on June 11. Whatv shall I do now?

You might want to request documents such as the original enrollment agreement, all statements sent to you, all payments, all correspondence. See what it actually has so you can defend yourself. You might also have an attorney telephone the bank's attorney to see if anything can be worked out -- after you obtain the documents and evaluate them.
