Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

A female trainer at a gym falsely accused me of harassment and got me kicked out from the gym. I tried to get the gym involved and told them I have proof that she's lying but they blew me off....is this grounds for a lawsuit. It's been a very difficult time for me because of this problem and I'm thinking mental anguish, defamation of character, as well as loss of business contacts.

It is your word versus hers unless you have witness testimony or video of the exact incident[s] she reported, and that evidence absolutely shows she fabricated the entire thing, that you weren't even there, or you said and did nothing. Unless you do, Walk away. If you do have such evidence, and are willing to hire counsel to take action, feel free to contact me.
