Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I filed an ex parte motion but did not provide satisfactory proof of service time limits to the judge so the motion was denied. Can I re-file ex parte motion with the defect cured?

Yes, if the judge denied the ex parte motion, without prejudice.
