As an agent you may proceed with an unlawful detainer. How long has the family member been living on the premises? First you must serve a NOTICE TO QUIT either 30 day or 60 day dependant upon how long they have been there. Contact me directly.

Form? You pursue eviction through proper 3 day or 30 day notice as appropriate, then timely court filing and hearings if necessary. If you don't know how to do so properly, hire an eviction 'service' or attorney. Failure to follow proper procedures results in denial of your claims and action.
