Fraud or slander by a creditor

In 1999 I was a general partner in a construction company. The company closed in 2000. In 2000 we formed a c corporation and the other partner was the RMO. In 2002, RMO left and I proceeded to get my license and become the RMO and President. In 2004, an indivivual became the Cfo and partner who latter embezzeled over nearly 100k thus forcing the Corpation out of business. My question is..in the closing a material supplier sued me personally from a personal gauranteed agreement back in 1999. This has now provented me from being able to contract hear in California. Is that fraud and/or Slander?

No. Your poor credit or inability to get a contractor's license is just a consequence of your personal guaranty and of being sued. Slander is making a known false statement.
