My friend does not have money at this time to hire an attorney and is being sued in civil limited.
She filed a motion to quash service and she has a hearing tomorrow.
However she has doctor order not to go out due to psychological problems and she was in an accident.
My understanding is that if she does not go to court she will automatically lose.
Does that mean that there is nothing that she can do. Or could I go with her to court and tell the judge that she needs more time to prepare as she is uncapacitated at the moment or any other options?
Thank you

You're not a licensed attorney, so you can't appear in court for other people. At best the judge will tell you to sit down. How many attorneys has she called? Either she can afford an attorney or she can afford to lose the case.
I agree with Mr. Stone. The judge will tell you that you are not allowed to speak for her unless you are a licensed attorney.
No one but her attorney can appear or speak for her in court. If she can't afford an attorney, then she needs to educate herself in the Law Library and learn the procedural rules of court, civil procedure rules, evidence rules, pleadings rules and format and content requirements, etc. You could help her with that. No amount of free 'tips and hints' from here or anywhere else are going to effectively help her.
