Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
Have you heard about the Katie Uffens bullying incident? I am looking into starting a libel suit against the family for thrashing the reputation of the school. They are planning on starting a civil suit.

Quite the 'organizer' and 'meddler' eh?
An actual victim can sue a perpetrator for damages. No one else can. That includes victim people and victim organizations who have standing. If you file a suit without standing, you could be sued for malicious prosecution and abuse if process.
