Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
Can I still ask the judge for a motion to stay after we vacated the property after a judgement? Getting evicted will cause hardship and will affect the kids from going to school

Your post doesn't make any sense. What is there to stay if you have already vacated the property?

Judges don't 'answer questions', they make rulings on Motions that you bring. Bring one if you have valid grounds to do so. See me Roach's reply.
