What happens after a judge rules in your favor in a prove-up hearing?

You have a judgment, and then can attempt to execute on it -- i.e. levy bank accounts and attach wages, have a debtor's exam to locate other assets, etc.

Actually, you don't have a judgment yet. You have to prepare and submit a proposed judgment for the court to sign and enter. Then you have to serve notice of entry of judgment. THEN you can attempt to collect on it as Mr. Cohen says.
