landscape and maintnace job

Hi ,

i have done a job which was to my neighbor which was to clean her yard. i gave her the price of $300.00 to clean and dump all her trash from her yard i finished my job their as we agreed but she only payed me $100.00 she still owes me $200 its been almost one year and havent recieved any money at all we didnt sign to anything but we agreed on that price but she doesnt pay me can i sue her if so please tell me what i need to due

You have access to Small Claims Court if you need to sue.
