Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I have been living with my older girlfriend for 10 years She decided to throw me out with zero notice by simply changing the locks and advising building security to keep me out. I worked for her on an ebay site making thousands of dollars a year of which she paid me nothing saying that it was all going for bills. Eventually I had to get food stamps/general relief just to eat. yes the biz was in her name but my name appears on nearly every auction as i was the photographer as well as the one who found the items to sell in thrift shops and garage sales. after she locked me out she came to where i was staying and took my vehicle. She even tried to squash me with a restraining order but failed to show up to court so that was dropped thank god. I need an attorney that can help me without money up front but rather on the back end if you feel my case has merit. An attorney without money up front? Good luck with that. You are the gender-reversed case of the person who forgets to get married and who winds up with nothing. And nothing is what you get unless you convince the court that you had an implied-in-fact agreement to share everything (search for Marvin v Marvin). If you have some other legal theory to sue her for money, you didn't state it in your question, and anyway, as you said, you don't have any money for an attorney.
