Motorcycle Tilte

Hi. I bought a motorcycle cash and the owner said that he will mail the title. It's been two months and I have not receive the title yet. Can I sue for the title in small claims? Thank you

Good luck. You'd better notify DMV of the sale/purchase and get advice from them on what you can do now.
