Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

neighbor urinating on property

My neighbor has a minor son who likes to drink with all of his friends on the weekend. The problem is, when they all get drunk, they urinate on the side of his house which is essentially the side of my house also. The smell of all the urine is enough to knock you over. We have asked them to stop, but they just continue to do it. What can we do? We live in California.

If you're willing to create conflict in the neighborhood, and if talking to them about it hasn't stopped it, call the police and/or file suit for a restraining order.
