Obnoxious Neighbor

Is there legal remedy for the following: In a community w/ 3 ft. lot boundaries, Neighbor has stereo speakers piped to exterior of his house, and plays music or radio outside almost daily. Home in aged condition, yet has electric extension lines all over house, as well as over roof of house, to allow display of his ''lights'' which he has strung over trees, house joints, etc. He has some jackass system of water fountains and pools all over his backyard, and when he flips that mess on, it sounds like a giant water commode nonstop. He flips the switch and ''lights up'' his property, often at 2 and 3 a.m., causing extreme disco-light up condition in my children's bedrooms at that side of our house. Sometimes he plays the music in the middle of the night too. We are so close in proximity that we can hear this turd breathe and the tops pop off the beer cans. Re: Christmas..the lights go up beginning mid-November, and don't come down til Feb or March, LIT UP the entire period. Our home is valued at approx. $2M, and we sure as hell didn't move to this nice beach community to have our daily life ruined by this jackass. HELP! What sort of remedies do we have??
