Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Would I be able to receive my money back for a product returned within a five day period after the product was retured. Money was taken from my account on returing the product. I was told that my money could not be refunded. 148.48 dollas was taken from said actt. without arthurisation please advise me if thers' a claim to be filed.I was told that I could return the said product, no strings attached.
