Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I have received a subpoena in the Dunlap litigation over copy right infringement, I dont use my computer for any thing but emails what can i do ?

I do not know what the Dunlap case is, but I assume that it is the downloading of music without payment. A subpoena is an order to appear. Do you mean a summons and complaint? We need more details to be able to provide any answers.

I suggest you hire an attorney before doing or saying anything. Then, Comply with the subpoena at his direction. .
