Requirement to discover subpoenaed documents
Do I have to discover subpoenaed documents i.e. do I have to provide a copy of all the documents I subpoenaed to the opposition?

Re: Requirement to discover subpoenaed documents
Typically, subpoenaed documents go to a deposition officer, rather than directly to the party. If that's not the case, then you should provide them to opposing counsel if he or she asks for them. If reproducing them will be costly, discuss being reimbursed for the cost with opposing counsel, as any deposition officer would do.
