exactly what is the legal standard required to get a judgment set aside after more than 2 years after it has been entered?

It appears that you asked your question several times. If you really had no, zero, knowledge of the case prior to this, and you have a defense to the lawsuit such as you don't owe the money, you have one shot at filing a lawsuit to set aside the void judgment. Use a lawyer, because you will get only one shot. If you knew about the case and blew it off, forget it.
