I co signed on a vehicle with my ex boyfriend. He dropped off the van while still owing $9,500 on the loan. What is my legal recorse as I had to satify the loan.

Depends on what your arrangement was. You could sue him for the deficiency balance if it was his agreement to be fully responsible for the debt. Be lucky you didn't marry him.

co-signers are liable and can be sued for the full amount of the loan obligations.
