Re: Slander/Defamation

IF you can prove that you have actually been defrauded in the purchase and that knowingly false statements were made, prove who made them, prove you have been financially damaged by them; and can show that there is no defense of 'truth' available to him, and can show that he has sufficient assets here locally to collect against if you get a judgment or settlement, and can show that you can get him personally served locally, then it may be a case worth pursuing. If so, feel free to contact me to discuss the remedies and costs.
