Re: small claim appeals and judgements

There are many ways to collect judgments: wage garnishment, bank levies and liens on real property are just a few of the ways you can collect. The key is finding the debtor's assets and any experienced attorney or private investigator.

If you contact my office, I can direct you to a link on my my website that discusses common methods to collect a judgment. If you wish to retain my services, feel free to call me.

You try to collect just like anyone with a judgment, by levying on assets like home, bank account, wages, personal property. Get a self help book about how to do it if you want to try yourself. How long? Never if they don't have anything. If they have assets, it up to you to find them, or an attorney if you hire one. If the amount is substantial enough to hire an attorney, feel free to contact me for help.
