Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
Can I sue a website?
I was offended by the content of a website that I was mislead into entering. The domain name implies that it is a study of the topic, yet it clearly is a site filled with bigotry and hate speech. Can I sue them?

Re: Can I sue a website?
Yes, but not successfully. Based on what you have written, I don't see how you could win a suit against the site. I don't even know what you could sue for or what damages you could claim.
