Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I'm being sued in cali. I worked @ a place that was nasty & served out dated food So the owner & I got into an argument & I quit.. I then typed up a paper titled Consumer alert detailing all the truth about the place and passed them out. Nothing more then posted on Yelp.. Now he is suing me. Does he have a leg..

If you're being sued for defamation, truth is the perfect defense. Nevertheless, it takes a lot of work before you'll get there. Good luck!
