Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Sued for 40,000 for making noise.

I am being sued by my neighbor for 40,000 because she says I make to much noise in my Garage...We have been in negotiations since Jan.2008

I have sold my home but she still wants the money.

You might tender the complaint to your homeowners insurance carrier and let them worry about it. Good luck!
