Re: Looking for Title 15 of U.S.Code attorney
Title 15 is just a little broad - 'commerce'. There are 100 Chapters in Title 15. What kind of problem is it? We can help in many of them, but not all. Respond with more specific description of the problem, and we can then determine what you need.
Re: Looking for Title 15 of U.S.Code attorney
Your question does not offer enough specifics, and while I do not handle such cases, depending upon the facts, I can likely refer you to an extremely competent, experienced attorney who does. If you would like, you may call my office and I will give you this individuals name.
Re: Looking for Title 15 of U.S.Code attorney
It depends on what kind of case. This title and chapter relate to restraint of trade and monopolies. Is it a situation that requires anti-trust or is it unfair competition?

Re: Looking for Title 15 of U.S.Code attorney
I am afraid your description of the matter as needing a Title 15 attorney is not specific enough. Title 15 covers an array of subjects. Would you be more specific?
