What types of evidence do you need to bring to court when getting a restraing or

I'm trying to get a restraining order against my neighbor. She has commited many acts of violence against my family. And has already violated the temporary order and gone to jail. I want to make sure I have the correct evidence to make sure I get a permenant order so my family can be protected. What items would I need to bring?

Re: What types of evidence do you need to bring to court when getting a restrain

It is clear that your actions so far have not convinced her to stop her actions. My recommendations are that you retain counsel to both properly prepare and present you for the restraining order and possibly file a civil action for damages. That might convince her to stop. Don Holben 800-685-6950

Why don't you file a civil action for damages for the wrongs? Declarations are sufficient for a restraining order. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
