Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I was wondering if someone filed a civil case against you and won from false documents and you didn,t appeal or fight back, can you still take the case back to court if it,s been over a year?

Depends on whether you could have challenged the 'false' documents at the time. If you have new evidence that the plaintiff falsified documents, and it had better be compelling evidence, go for it.
NO. If you lost and didn't timely appeal, it is over. However, if you just now discovered this 'evidence' and are sure it conclusively proves a 'fraud' on the court, not just a difference of opinion about the meaning of the documents, you could try to file a motion to set aside the judgment, but it would be a long shot. If you are serious about hiring counsel to do so, feel free to contact me. .
