Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Wuld likt to submit this as "Free" I have a situation where I am being harrased from the F.B.I. that I have to pay $220.00 they are from Lagos Nigeria and they are e-mailing me saying if I don't pay $220.00 dollars because according to them I have been told (So they say) They said I am ignoring their e-mails But I don't even know what e-mails I'm ignoring and they threatening to arrest me and take away my property but I don't even know what property they are talking about. I have my own personal property like a bed to sleep on and clothes to wear on my back and shoes to put on my feet and personal hygiene items etc,etc but they are also threatening to broadcast me as a terrorist which I am not I don't even know why they are doing this to me. This is a case of mistaken identity. I'm just an american trying to make it in this world and I'm being told they are going to get me because I am ignoring their e-mails which I don't even know what e-mails they are talking about. I never seen the e-mails they say I'm ignoring. I don't know what was said in them. How can I get this mess cleared up before they come after me for something I didn't do or something they think I did?

I do not fully understand your posting. If you are saying that someone identifying themselves as being the FBI and e-mailing from Lagos wants yo to pay $220 then clearly it is a scam. The FBI only is stationed and operates in the USA. They do not demand payments of people. They investigate and arrest people; only with a court order would they apply to take any property away.
