i live in california and was charged with a misdameanor. can i get a job in either the health field or law field?

yes, but get a lawyer and try to settle for an infraction so you will not have teh misdemeanor on your record. DO NOT PLEAD GUILTY OR TALK TO THE POLICE GET A LAWYER AND REMAIN SILENT
