If a child is adopted, he can't bring his natural parent (dad) with him to USA.

Two options where you and your dad can both come are as follows:
1. He falls in love with and marries a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; or
2. He finds a company that is willing to sponsor him as an employee.
Other than that, you can get adopted (but it must be before your 16th birthday) and once you turn 21, you can bring your father over.
