Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Hi Attorney,

I filled green card for both me and my wife as dependent . On 07/30/2007 we applied for I-485 my wife was a pregnant, medical tests were kept pending because she was pregnant. On 08/15/2008,USCIS issued green card for me and send an RFC for my wife to take the medical tests. She submitted her medical tests in a USCIS recognised hospital since she delivered a baby at that time. Her green card is again under processing since we responded to the RFC,her proirity date is 15 Nov2005 which is 45 days away from current processing date published in JUNE 2010 VISA bulletien for EB2.

I am going to loose my job by 30 th June 2010,want to file for unemployment insurance for california state. My wife went to india for vacation with kids,my kids are citizens since they were born in USA. My family is going to be back on 15 th August 2010.

My question is that is my unemployment insurance claims create any issue for my wife at the port of entry in USA? Please advise me at the earliest possible.

Thanks,

Srikanth
