Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

help! i was born in cd. juarez mex. i was brought here to the usa when i was 6 mon. old ive been living here since. i am now 29 years married to a us citizen for 6yr. i have 3 kids. ive never lived in mexico ever. my parents got me a temporary resident card in 10/13/87 it expired in 5/12/90 never renewed it my question is wher can i start my paper work and how thanx.

What is your parents immigrant status in USA now? You need to show me a copy of the card and explain about your parents' situation, and whether they had applied for anything with INS or USCIS as they probably did). If they have copies of old paperwork, you may want to gather those too for a lawyer to review. Do you have a SSN and SS card? You need to consult any experienced immigration lawyer (not a 'notario').
